Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full appointment fee.
  • Missed appointments or late arrivals may also incur a charge.

Treatment

  • The podiatrist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
  • All treatments are carried out at the discretion of the practitioner.

Payment

  • Clinic appointments: Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash, or cheque.
  • Home visits: Payment must be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer only. Unfortunately, card payments are not accepted for home visits.
  • All payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Refunds & Pricing

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for any treatments or services provided.
  • All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
