Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment. Appointments & Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full appointment fee. Missed appointments or late arrivals may also incur a charge. Treatment The podiatrist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe to proceed. All treatments are carried out at the discretion of the practitioner. Payment Clinic appointments: Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash, or cheque. Home visits: Payment must be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer only. Unfortunately, card payments are not accepted for home visits. All payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Refunds & Pricing Please note that we do not offer refunds for any treatments or services provided. All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
